Tavisha Wolfgarth-Simons is a Japanese-German American artist who has spent nearly three decades creating manga-influenced comics under her studio name, Tavicat (also known as WiredPsyche). Her art and illustrations have been featured by publishers such as Nickelodeon, Tokyopop, Digital Manga, Andrews McMeel Universal, and SLG Publishing

She is the co-creator (with her husband Rikki Simons) of original titles like Super Information Hijinks: Reality Check!, ShutterBox, Ranklechick and his Three-Legged Cat, and The Trinkkits. Her charming weekly webcomic, @Tavicat, which humorously chronicles the antics of her pet cats, can be read at GoComics
