David Fain’s professional credits include; Staff Writer on SpongeBob Squarepants, Animation Supervisor for Warner Bros. Online division creating Flash cartoons for the internet, animating, writing, and directing for the “Action League Now!” segments of the Nickelodeon series KaBlam! Animation Supervisor on the Cartoon Network series “Out of Jimmy’s Head” and Animatic Editor on “The Ricky Gervais Show” “G.I. Joe Renegades”, “Transformers Prime”, Disney Jr.’s “Miles From Tomorrowland”, and Transformers:R.I.D.

His personal films include Oral Hygiene, Panopticon and Choreography for Plastic Army Men.

As well as working in the Animation Industry David has taught animation at the Rhode Island School of Design, The University of the Arts, the California Institute of the Arts and the University of Southern California’s John C. Hench Division of Animation and Digital Arts.

He received his B.F.A. in Film/Animation from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Masters Degree in Experimental Animation from the California Institute of the Arts.

David’s most recent industry gig has been as Animatic Editor at Wild Canary Animation Studio for the pre-school reboot of Disney’s “The Rocketeer” as well as a freelance Animator, Director, Writer, and Consultant.
