Terence Sean McGovern is an American actor, voice actor, television broadcaster, radio personality and acting instructor. He was elected into the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame as a member of its Class of 2008.

Best Known at the original Voice of Launchpad Mcquack from Ducktails and Darkwing Duck. If you are a Transformers Fan he was the voices of Onslaught and Windrider.
